Almond, apricot, and grape crumble.

A fruity crumble, easy to make!

Cut 12 apricots into quarters. Put 130g of powdered sugar in a pan to make a dry caramel.
When the caramel is brown, add the apricot quarters and 2 tablespoons of raisins. Deglaze with 20 cl of orange juice. Cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Roughly mix 70g of butter, 70g of brown sugar, 70g of flour, and 70g of almond powder.
Place the fruit in a gratin dish and add the crumble. Put in the oven for 8 minutes.
