Fresh goat cheese spread with chanterelles

Quick and easy to prepare, fresh goat cheese is always popular with kids and adults alike!

  • Take 8 slices of cereal bread and spread fresh goat cheese on them. Bake for a few minutes at 160°C until the cheese melts.
  • In the meantime, fry 300g of chanterelles in a drizzle of olive oil with a chopped shallot over medium heat.
  • Arrange the chanterelles on the toast and season with pepper. Serve with a green salad.
  • Enjoy your meal!
