Our raw materials are selected, cleaned, prepared and frozen in a very short time in order to preserve their freshness. Our process allows us to freeze the essential nutrients and vitamins of our vegetables, mushrooms, aromatic herbs and fruits.
Freezing limits the development of micro-organisms and enzymatic transformations. The nutritional value of frozen products is often higher than that of fresh vegetables. The nutrients in vegetables degrade very quickly after harvesting (loss of 50% of vitamin C in peas for example).
